1. Services Provided

Restaurant Revamp offers a variety of restaurant consulting services, which include but are not limited to:
 

• Concept Development & Branding: Helping clients define their restaurant’s brand identity and overall concept.

• Menu Design & Development: Creating and refining restaurant menus to align with branding and operational goals.

• Operational Support & Efficiency: Optimizing restaurant operations for better productivity and cost management.

• Marketing & Digital Strategy: Assisting with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

• Compliance & Licensing: Ensuring that your restaurant complies with local regulations and obtains necessary licenses.

• Customer Experience Enhancement: Improving the overall dining experience, from service to ambiance.
   

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please refrain from using our website or services.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:
 

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested during the consultation process.

• Cooperate fully with Restaurant Revamp to ensure the successful delivery of services.

• Pay for services rendered as outlined in the scope of work and payment terms in the contract.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees for services provided by Restaurant Revamp are agreed upon in advance. Payments must be made as specified in the contract. Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise specified. If payment is not made within the agreed period, Restaurant Revamp reserves the right to suspend services.

5. Intellectual Property

Restaurant Revamp retains ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the services provided, including any documents, designs, or content created during the consultation. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consultation process. This includes business plans, marketing strategies, or any other materials that are not publicly available.

7. Limitation of Liability

Restaurant Revamp’s total liability to the client, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question. Restaurant Revamp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for any services provided up until the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Restaurant Revamp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
